BOND RESOLUTION OF THE VOORHEESVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 2023, AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND CHANGES TO THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND VOORHEESVILLE SITE AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW GARAGE OF BUS; INDICATING THAT THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST IS $25,276,063; APPROPRIATING THE SAID AMOUNT, INCLUDING THE EXPENDITURE OF $1,000,000 FROM THE “RESERVE FUND FOR BUILDING PROJECTS-2017” AND $3,500,000 FROM THE “RESERVE FUND FOR BUILDING PROJECTS-2018” OF THE DISTRICT; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUE OF SERIES OF BONDS OF $20,776,063 OF THE SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE THE BALANCE OF THE SAID CREDIT.
Objects or Purposes: (i) the construction of improvements and alterations to Voorheesville Elementary School and site, at an estimated cost of $10,059,874 and (ii) the construction of a new bus garage, at estimated cost of $15,216,189.

to be issued $20,776,063
Probable Period of Use: thirty (30) years
A complete copy of the bond resolution summarized above shall be available for public viewing during regular business hours at the District Clerk’s Office, Voorheesville Central School District, 432 New Salem Road, Voorheesville, New York.
