New roles to include technology, sales and marketing

Inclusio plans to create 80 jobs over the next 18-24 months thanks to a €6.2 million investment from Enterprise Ireland in the unique diversity and inclusion platform.

The new roles are in technology, sales and marketing and will be based at its Dublin headquarters and will add to its base of 35 employees. The additional team members will help Inclusio expand into new markets and grow its existing customer base.

The start-up made this announcement in light of a crowdfunding raised during its last funding round, totaling 4.1 million euros. This latest funding round was led by Elkstone and backed by Atlantic Bridge, Enterprise Ireland and Oyster Capital, as well as private investors Brian Caulfield, John Hearne and Wakeup Capital.


Inclusio is developed by experts in behavioral data science, psychology, artificial intelligence, equality, diversity and inclusion. Inclusio provides private and public sector organizations with scientific, evidence-based data and inclusion insights linked to their key performance indicators and return on investment.
