SAO PAULO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Brazilian companies are increasingly turning to technology service providers to help them deploy and maintain Oracle’s infrastructure-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service products as they focus on digital transformation, according to a new research report released today by Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a leading global technology research and consulting firm.

The 2022 ISG Provider Lens™ Oracle Ecosystem Report for Brazil finds growing interest in Oracle products as enterprises view Oracle’s expanded offerings as a critical pillar of their digital transformation journey. Brazilian companies have many options for Oracle partners, including global systems integrators, independent software vendors, specific solutions companies, and strategy and consulting firms, although some stand out, according to the report.

“Service providers with multi-cloud capabilities have immense opportunities to use new cloud configurations, such as Oracle Alloy, to innovate with their on-premises proprietary products for use in SaaS applications,” said Stacey Cadigan, partner ISG, HCM and business transformation. “Many leading vendors have expanded their partnerships with major cloud providers to provide services such as archiving, backup and monitoring to meet varying customer workloads more effectively and efficiently. ”

The report notes that Oracle has two cloud regions in Brazil, the most of any country in Latin America. Brazilian companies are increasingly adopting Oracle IaaS and PaaS products, and Oracle’s partnership with Microsoft Azure has encouraged companies to migrate their Oracle environment to the public cloud.

With cloud adoption increasing in Brazil, mid-market companies are also adopting Oracle solutions to stay competitive, the report adds. Service providers with a targeted strategy for the middle market will have more success in this segment.

Brazilian companies are also looking for vendors with agile frameworks and methodologies and innovative technologies to accelerate their digital transformations, the report says. Brazilian companies are looking for service providers that use advanced technologies such as automation, analytics, AI, and machine learning to implement strategic plans for using Oracle technologies and infrastructure.
