Now patrons of the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library can hold the library in the palm of their hands! With a new mobile app, called MyLIBRO, patrons of the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library have access to a variety of library resources via their mobile phones and tablets. The MyLIBRO application is already available via the App Store and Google Play.

“The MyLIBRO app will make it easier to access the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library by enabling our customers to use our remote services much more quickly and efficiently than in the past,” said Regional Library Manager Lisa Hicks. of Alleghany Highlands.

To access the app, patrons must download the app and enter their library card and PIN. Please contact AHRL if you need assistance with your PIN.

Through the app, patrons can search the library catalog and view materials, place items on hold, and view the calendar of events. The app also allows for the management of multiple library cards, making library visits easier for families.

For more information or help with this new service, contact the AHRL at 540-962-3321 or visit the library at 406 W. Riverside Street in Covington.
